Our wellness program is curated by Emma Maidment, a qualified Yoga Teacher, Writer and Business Consultant specialising in health and wellness. Em lives by the mantra ‘be who you are’ and expresses this through every aspect of her life. She is a free spirited, heart centred, entrepreneurial thinker on a mission to create her own lifestyle and inspire others to do the same.
