Yes. For all online ticket buyers the name on the ticket does need to match a valid photo ID which will you need to provide to gain access to Babylon 2019. Name changes are available up until the 7th of February 2019 via your Eventbrite login.
Tickets purchased through Eventbrite have been sent out, and all new purchases will be issued with tickets directly after purchase.
As per our clearly stated terms and conditions on ticket purchase, there is strictly no refunds or returns on tickets to Babylon 2019. If you have bought a ticket online through Eventbrite you will need to sell the ticket and have the name changed, this is possible through your Eventbrite login up to 7 days out from the event. Should you be unsure how to complete the name change, please contact Eventbrite support.
No, you still need to buy individual tickets for your group. You will be sent arrival instructions via email weeks leading up to the event.
Every vehicle entering Babylon has to have a car pass. They can be purchased online or at the gate, but please note they will be more expensive at the gate so we encourage patrons to purchase one with their ticket. We also encourage car pooling to reduce the number of cars travelling to Babylon which helps minimize our carbon footprint. General camping is included as part of your ticket purchase.
Camper-vans are welcome at Babylon. There will be no extra fee, and they can be parked safely in the regular camping area.
Yes we have a limited BYO policy of 1 slab of pre-packaged alcoholic drinks (plastic only) or 1 bottle of alcohol de cantered in a plastic bottle
There will be food, juices and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages available on site for purchase. We will have healthy, vegan, halal and vegetarian food options available. As campers you are permitted to bring food, softdrinks, water etc.
Yes. At point of entry you will be charged $100 deposit to take your item on site. You will be issued with a receipt and as you leave, you show your furniture and receipt and you will be refunded. Any unclaimed deposits will go to removing the rubbish from site.
Camping sites are away from the music for taking a rest when needed. There will be times at the event with no music to take in the natural environments.
Gas bottles, fires and naked flames are not permitted as it is bushfire season. No glass is permitted on site in any way, shape or form. Twirling sticks are permitted, just not fire sticks. A full list of prohibited items is available in our events terms & conditions
On site rubbish sorting and recycling is a big part of our efforts. Tree planting and water catchment will also be a part of our long term plans to develop the sites sustainability. Our “Ethos” section has some more info on all of these initiatives, as well as our “Leave Nothing But Footprints” policy.
While we do love animals, Babylon does not allow pets into the event so please find a good sitter for the weekend.
If my birthday falls on Feb 14th, 15th, 16th or 17th, am I eligible for a free ticket and how do I go about receiving one?
If your birthday falls on Feb 14-17 congratulations you can be celebrating with us at Babylon! All you need to do is follow this link fill out the form and bring both the confirmed form ( if you can’t find it please check your junk mail) and a valid photo ID with the birth date for Feb 14-17.
Yes, we have ample toilets and showers for use at Babylon throughout your 4 day stay with us.
